If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

Return Eligibility

We offer a 3-day return policy from the date of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition
• Tags and original packaging must be intact
• Return request must be raised within 3 days of delivery
• Items purchased on sale or during special promotions are not eligible for return

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and quality reasons, the following cannot be returned:

• Worn or washed products
• Damaged items caused after delivery
• Customized or altered products
• Accessories (if applicable)

Refunds

• Refunds will be processed after the product passes quality check
• Amount will be refunded to the original payment method within 5–7 business days
• Shipping charges are non-refundable

Exchange Policy

We currently offer exchanges only for:

• Wrong product received
• Damaged product received

An unboxing video is mandatory for damaged/wrong item claims.
